THE THREE PHILOSOPHIES
Assalamualaikum wbt and a very good day. :)
As a
Malaysian its rather awkward if we, future teachers do not know our
country National Educational Philosophy.The philosophy is an important
part in guiding us so that we have a target to be achieved in teaching
our young generations..
-NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY-
Education in Malaysia is an on-going efforts towards further developing the potential of individuals in a holostic and integrated manner, so as to produce individuals who are intelectually, spiritually, emotionally and physically balanced and harmonic, based on a firm belief in and devotion to God. Such an effort is designed to produce Malaysian citizens who are knowledgeable and competent, who possess high moral standards and who are responsible and capable of achieving high level of personal well-being as well as being able to contribute to the harmony and betterment of the family, the society and the nation at large".
-NATIONAL SCIENCE EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY-
In consonance with the National Education Philosophy,
science education in Malaysia nurtures a
science and technology culture by focusing
on the development of individuals who are competitive,
dynamic, robust and resilient and able to
master scientific knowledge and technological competency
-MY PHILOSOPHY IN EDUCATION-
Education is an lifetime activity to perfect ourself with the MENJAROES values.Namely Mental , Jasmani(Physical), Rohani(Spiritual), and Emosi(Emotional).This values when perfected and combined with a right knowledge will produce first class mentality citizens that will drive our country to success in the near future.This is equivalent to the National Educational Philosophy of Malaysia to produce individuals who are intelectually, spiritually, emotionally and physically balanced and harmonic, based on a firm belief in and devotion to God.
These values are very important asset for the new generations for them to survive in the new era of Globalisation.
